ive bought and and recieved the my email reciept and ive tryed typing it in the unlock algodoo thing and it says my serial key is invalid plese help...

Did you put Hyphens? Or copy paste it? Maybe..... order a new key

You NEED to put the hyphens in between the 4 digit/letter combinations otherwise it will not work.

User ID: Name of the person who bought Algodoo
Serial Code: The nine(I think it's nine) 4 digit/letter combinations with hyphens inbetween

Well then i think they need to fix algodoo if people cant get it to work......

yeah, there seems to be alot of problems with the codes and everything, maybe algodoo will need some work on this?

Actually, we don't see many problems at all with the unlocking procedure and license keys. Much less than feared actually. If you have problems unlocking, please contact support@algodoo.com
