How does it works (gears)
I don't understand how the gears work:
I don't speak about the wankel motor, I know it but the gears in the center. How do you do that because all blue collide C and all green collide C too, but they can do that, work like a normal gear!!
what did you change ?
Thanks

Re: How does it works (gears)
Check the collision menu:
Both are on collision layer C, however blue has water collision on.
Because of no self collision, anything with the same collision settings won't collide, so blue collides with green and vice versa.

Re: How does it works (gears)
Is it water collision should don't do any differents with geom or any body collision?

Re: How does it works (gears)
The water collision property is checked as part of the collision matching, allowing the gears down to work one collision layer.
Water collision has no effect on collision with actual geometries, however it is counted as a difference, so for no self-collision it does make a difference.
