Car doesn't work

Hi every one, I made a car with a spawn engine and a semi-automatic gearbox (press A and Z to shift), BUT when i press C (the clutch) the engine stop because, i think, there are to much friction and my motor is not enough strong (despite more than 100 rad/s). Moreover I think my values are not correct (bend target, bendconstant, hinge torque, etc.)

Someone can help me please ??

P.S: please don't use my scene, I prefer finish it before thanks ! / The gearbox is not finish, so press VERY quickly A or Z to shift

Weak motor - it needs more torque to work. That means bigger engine displacement http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engine_displacement

Ok thank, I tried to increase the engine displacement but my motor is now very unstable. Can you help me please ?

Now you need a flywheel or increase inertiaMultipler of shaft circles.

Ok, so the inertiamultipler of my "clutch" ? How do you use a flywheel ? You ada flywheel every where in the car with a large inertiamultipler?

If I increase the inertiamultipler, i have to reduce the weight or not ?

P.s: Where can I find a list with all the characteristics (ex: bendtarget means ..., bendConstant means ..., weight means ...) Because i use the bendtarget but i don't really known what it is so I can't do all what I want, I have to copy the other. Thanks
