I don't see anything
Hello,
i just install Algodoo 2.1.0 on my PC (Vista).
and I can' t see most of menu.
I see that some other have the same problem, but I d'ont andertsant the solution.
I send you my logfile.

Your graphics card only supports openGL 2.0, however Algodoo requires openGL 2.1 as a minimum to run properly.
Sometimes updating the GPU drivers may work, however this isn't always the case. Check the sticky about shaders for instructions on updating your drivers using the AMD link.

the ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro is capable of running OpenGL 3.1. updating your driver is highly recommended.
you can update your driver by
going here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Step 1: Desktop Graphics
Step 2: Radeon HD Series
Step 3: Radeon HD 2xxx Series PCIe
Step 4: [select your operating system and archetecture]
Step 5: download and install Catalyst Software Suite
