how do you install Krut?

I know that this may seem like this has nothing to do with algodoo, but if I install this screen recorder, I'll be able to make more movies with algodoo! I MUST MAKE BETTER ONES THAN MY OLD ONES!

I have already downloaded Krut for linux, but I dont know how to install it

please help me. btw, the type of linux I have is ububtu.
