[Fixed]2.0.2b8 "Number of Axes" radio-button can tell a lie

Small issue.
When you set "Number of Axes" via thyme variable App.Grid.numAxes, the radio button won't be changed so that it doesn't show correct value.

2.0.2b13 Grid "Number of Axes" radio-button can tell a lie
When numAxis is 2, even when you load scene with App.Grid.numAxes = 3, the radio button is still 2.
So this issue is that radio-button is not show current thyme variable (in this case, App.Grid.numAxes).
