[HELP] Wrestling Game (Advanced Script)

hi everybody :D , i mad a very spacial and very realistic wrestling game.
if u want i will post it here..
but i need help with advanced scripting..
ok, i want that when the ragdoll getting a hit, the damage will reduce by velocity and wight... somebody can build this function for me?? this is what i have now:

i took it from somewhere.. its works but not like i want to do... plz help me ;)

Few hints for you:

1. posting the same topic in several sections, will NOT get you any help faster, if anything it makes you look like a idiot.

2. out of your 3 topics, none was in the correct section.
