Can't save scenes

So I was just finished with the latest installment in my series (Shadow ball ep 9) and I saved it. Next I went onlin and clicked upload. I navigated to my scene directory and I saw that none of my scenes are showing up. I went inside algodoo and chose load scene to see that all my scenes are still there and available to play. I looked at the saved directory: C:/programfiles/Algodoo/scenes. I opened up 'My computer' and navigated to C:/programfiles/Algodoo/scenes. All there was, was a scene called 'quick tour' and the usal files (phunlets, Official ect.). But none of my scenes where showing up. I checked in the other files but nothing. I made a new folder called 'My scenes" and saved a quick scene I made in that folder, just to see if it shows up. It didn't. So can anyone help ne? My scenes show up in algodoo but not in my files, so I can't upload anything. Help please.
