[Fixed]2.0.0 Re-uploading scene into Algobox fails

1. [Save and re-Share] button should have input check.
[Save and Share] button requires "Title", "Author" and "Description". It's OK.
[Save and re-Share] button won't require them, so you can press button without them, and of course Algobox tells the upload failed!
2. Re-sharing scene set the scene's group into [Default].
== How to reproduce ==
2-1. Share scene into Algobox.
2-2. Change the scene group to "Bug reports" for example.
2-3. Re-share the scene. Then the group becomes "Default".
