[Fixed]Loading translation file issue for loading message.

This issue exists from v1.9.4 to v?.?.?

When start-up Algodoo, English.cfg is used for LoadingMessages.
i.e. translation for LoadingMessages is not applied for start-up of Algodoo.
I think this issue happens because Algodoo load translation file after showing loading message.
Fixed at least in 2.0.0. Thanks

With v1.9.5b, too. Is this difficult to be fixed?

Yeah, the problem is that the loading message is shown a lot earlier in the new version.
The loading procedure has to be reworked some, so this bug will be put on hold for a while.
