Edit: (by tatt61880)
This bug seems to be fixed.
Thanks!

I have found a pretty good way to reproduce (at least on my PC) one form of this bug which has to deal with the loading menus.
1. Open Algodoo and start a new scene.
2. Create a box.
3. Add a hinge to the box using the hinge tool.
4. Assign keys to the forward and reverse directions of the motor.
5. Go to "load scene" and type one letter into the search bar.
6. Choose a scene to load.
If you reproduced the bug correctly, then you won't be able to load that scene. You'll simply click on the scene and the button will depress as if you had successfully pressed it, but the scene will not load.

I've tried this a few different ways, but it seems that I have the best chance of reproducing this bug when I search for "g" and try to load "Gun5.phz". I think this may be because of the version the scene was made in.
It is also important that each time you want to reproduce the bug, you should close the program before opening it and starting a new scene.
Edit: This also causes one or both of the key assignments for the motor to disappear. Just like the bug reported here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3085 In some instances the spacebar is assigned to the motor too.
Edit2: Apparently it's just me. Though I can replicate this bug every time, RaRaMalum tells me that this method doesn't work for him. If that's the case then it's my install or my computer I suppose:
