[Fixed]1.8.2 Built-in Tutorial: Drag-tool issue

One Japanese reported this issue to me.
Since v1.7.0,
You can finish drag-tool tutorial without success.
The condition to go next should be "Sim.running && dragged geom"
Btw, I like built-in tutorial pretty much. Thank you for improving the tutorial with v1.8.2.

Not yet fixed with v2.0.2b13.
This is actually small issue, but first impression is important so that tutorial issue should be fixed, in my opinion.
