[Fixed]v1.7.8 Extra red line with scaling geom

Small glitch.
Extra red line appears when you holding mouse button and move mouse pointer (e.g. move it from right side circle to top-right-circle without releasing mouse button).
This glitch is shown since v1.7.2 beta.
v1.7.1 (upper side of this video) => OK.
v1.7.4 (lower side of this video) => Not OK.
Fixed in v1.9.9. Thanks
