I can still use hot keys, but i cant access anything...

I believe the fix lies in the scene itself, as the author of the scene posted this:

I can't find out for sure now though. Algobox seems to be down :\

EDIT: The scene does in fact give you an option to bring your GUI back. Please just follow the instructions. Play the scene, and click GUI on. Simple.

The scene merely turned down the GUI opacity.

Just play the air foil scene. Or press ~ and blindly type
