Algodoo Not working properly

[Under Ground]

Basically, Its extremely laggy, no matter what scene.
Heres what I've Tried so far:

Deleting Configs
Reseting Settings
Re-Installing (Twice)
Leaving it running for a couple of hours
Rapiring My PC's C++ Reader (Twice)

Please, if anyone can help, It will be appreciated.
