[2.1.0b5]Spring tool etc. crashes on Layer1

Spring tool work well on Layer0.
But it crashes Algodoo on LayerN (N!=0).
When you attach LaserPen/Tracer/Thruster on background with LayerN, it also crashes.

I've realized that this issue is something to do with "dynamic" attribute. On the other hand, this issue has nothing to do with layer id.
When dynamic is off in a layer, adding a laserPen on background in the layer will crash this issue.
