2.0.0 loading earlier scenes changes preferences

Booting up Algodoo 1.8.5 causes all the preferences in 2.0.0 to be reset to default e.g brush auto-glues, kinetic panning is on, etc.

Palette is unaffected.

Intentional: 2.0.0 is so different that it will reset your settings when started up for the first time. Algodoo does not fully support several versions installed simultaneously.
