[1.9.8] Window rescale and others

Open the internet browser. Go to the forums by changing the URL. Try to rescale the window using the lower right corner. Window glitches.
Then close the window and reopen it. It now goes back to the last page you visited. Shouldn't it go back to the algobox?
Try messing around with the draw borders option the scenelet "rope2". It doesn't work properly.
Change the background color to black. Create a box. Select it using the box tool. The background color changes.
