[Fixed]1.9.5b Console command is hidden

Since v1.9.4.
== How to reproduce bug ==
(1) Open console ([F11] key)
(2) Input "GUI."
(3) Press [Tab]-key.
(4) No command will be shown.
NOTE: "App." and [Tab] shows some commands.

This bug still exists with "Palette." with my PC.
