Similar to Paradigm report - hinge motor keys sometimes became assigned to some combination I never set for it.
Like I've set: forward = up_arrow, back = down_arrow. After some time I've notice motor not working as it should, look into options and found: forward = up_arrow, back = nothing, break = Ctrl + A

I'd like to add that though I do not know a method to reproduce this it seems to happen more often the longer I spend working on the same scene. I would also classify this as a "very very annoying bug".
