phi-update files installed only in current user profile even if I'm with administrator privileges.
I think it must try extract in Program Files directory first and if fail - in user directory.

I think that it should be up to user where to install the scene files. maybe the user should be asked when saving files.

I think Kilinich is talking about phi for translation.

Current system has weekness.
When you install translation file via phi, the file will be saved in Documents directory.
Algodoo seems to search files in Documents at first.
So even if next Algodoo include better translation, the files in Program files won't be used.
