My forum account CRASHED

Sorry if I'm writing this post the wrong topic, but I have to report that my account RusInventor in forum broken!
I tried reactivate it, but the letter does not come with a code on my box RusInventor@mail.ru At the forum, a message appears that the letter was sent, but the mailbox remains empty.
I ask you to fix this problem

Did you check your spambox? You're sure you entered the right email?
