This bug was fixed at v1.7.5. Thanks. =)
This issue occurred with v1.7.3 and v1.7.4.

Since v1.7.3,
== How to replicate this glitch ==
1) Put the context menu to left side of the Algodoo window.
2) Try to open the sub menu of water.
