Hinge toggle?

I saw on roman's 'Spring engine hatchback' a hinge, that if you press a button, a brake goes on, and if you press it again, the brake comes off.

This is probably a noobie question, but i need an answer...

Make sure you are on advance mode an then look at the hinge's options and you will see the brake key button layout thingy majig. At the side of it, it has a button to toggle it, click it and there you go.
