[Suggestion] Template for bug report.

I've read [Help / Bug reports]Read this first!.
However, when I make topic about Algodoo, I often forget to include the needed information into bug report. Sorry about that. :/
I suggest that using Template for bug report.

Version of Algodoo: (v1.6.0, Phun Edition 5.28 etc.)
Operating system: (Linux, Mac, Windows, and version of these)
Frequency: (always, often, once...)

A detailed description of the problem:
(something more than "it crashes" - also say when, how, and what kind of error messages you get).

The other:
(As much other information you can think of that can be important for understanding the problem and debugging)

(The scenes will help a lot for reproducing bugs. Please make sure to change the group into "bug reports" when you upload scenes for bug reports into Algobox.)
