Topic rating
I just thought it would be nice for the forums to have a rating system for the topics, so I don't have to read the blammed topics and can go strait to the good, on topic, relevant ones. Probably not possible since the forum is run by this phpBB, and I don't know the system well enough to see if it is possible.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beggining and the end.

Re: Topic rating
Is it really necessary? They always all end up as 5 or 0 no one rates unless it's really good.

Re: Topic rating
Well this could be a nice thing to have for the reason you mentioned, however there are a few people on Algobox who simply go through a ton of scenes and rate them all 1/10 because they are bored jerks. The same could happen here so it may cause a really brilliant thread to have a low score...
I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.

Re: Topic rating
No. I've seen it a million times on other forums. only a few topics will even get rated and they only get rated when they are good. It doesn't ever work.

I've seen this before. People hardly even notice it.
Millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced. Something terrible has happened.

Well post rating worked out on Facepunch, and those forums have a shitload of trolls. I think it might work out here, but only for posts, not topics.

Re: Topic rating
I read the terms of service.
The forums don't have any age requirements, unless there are some sort of International laws about it
(I doubt there is)
For Algobox again nothing remotely mentioning an age requirement
But in member conduct i should note this
How can we abide/enforce this with out knowing member ages.

Aww, but I like not having to follow that rule!
Really, though, I think they mean physical harm, because mental harm is so much fun. Plus, I don't think abuse and harm are the same thing.
