Algodoo Phun Edition Forums

Ok, I know I'm gonna get flamed to kingdom come for this, but it needs to be said.

The A:PE forums are basically dead. the only part that one could even consider calling active is the collab forum which is rattling its last breaths.

I say eradicate them. they aren't needed. They waste space. The on-going collabs (as if they actually are on-going) can be moved to the regular collab forum.

I say that they should keep them. Even if they aren't that active they are still needed. Granted, they could remove the collab section and meta forum and just combine them with the Algodoo ones I think it's fine as is.

The phun forums was the place where we saw fun grow and evolve into a better physics simulator. I would hate it if all those memories were lost into the abyss. Gone forever. No wai dude, me no likey.

you bring up a valid point. but wouldn't it be better to put a little link to the old forums, thereby preserving algodoo's history without cluttering the algodoo forums?

How about they just unfreeze the old forums? That way we can use those forums for Phun, and the other for Algodoo.

They already said why. It had to do with the admins having more work because they have two forums to moderate instead of one. They could always have some of the admins of this forum go to the other, or just hire new ones completely though.

I think in the future they MIGHT bring back the old forums.. but its history.. and we dont wanna reopen it then something happen to them... like.. in a museum... they have super old WWI planes.. and they dont just start them up and go flying...
