FAIL. ever noticed gravity is OFF? and, according to the newton's laws, a body under motion will keep the same motion if no force is applied to it.... in this case, the circle spin.
actually, motor magnetico, translated from brazilian portuguese to english, is just "magnetic motor"....
but, ive seen quite too many engines like that in the same tank. seriously.
might be a good idea, but circular treads are not the best option regarding tanks.
i left no limits on purpose. some times you might want/need more pressure in the shocks for example. and a second reason, is that i didn't wanted to make "if" scripts, thinking it would make the undesstanding more complex.
@petrock5 : speed boost is not good. phun in default checks for collisions only 100 times per second. the fastest he could do would be 100 storage units per second(detail = it must be perfectly aligned to work). that would mean 2 spins to that 50 bit storage per second. so the max he could do with it would be 120 RPM in perfectly aligned, same position per frame position(this includes writing, reading(mechanical form reader would be useless), and erasing.)
@=ROD=: yes. both of the screens recieve an input and then send it as an output. ie : if the scene has a 0 in it, it emmits a 0. if the next frame to appear is a 1, it emmits the 1. basically, its just retransmitting whats been sent to it. and as its a closed circuit.... it would just loop.
the idea is to use open circuits. once the data gets to the monitor, it will be kept in the cable even if the cable input is taken off. then you can send another package of data, arriving there with the same results. that could be easily comprovated by deleting the top cable, and once the 1 gets there, pause the simulation, change the text in the right monitor(emitter), and then starting sim again.
the only problem now is making the cable flexible without losing the string transfer reliability.
looks like while cloning the shell prototype you had some problems.
nice idea for the explosive shots. too bad it needs phun 5.28(immortal geoms) and is not failsafe(sometimes the killer /explosion starter gets sent through the igniter in big impacts and keeps "orbiting" around it without starting the explosion).
tip: use killers to avoid shell breaking(possibly killing a block holding the bullet and the shell casing once its in the chamber. it gets annoying when someone does fail at reloading, exploding the cannon and its vicinity...
