Algodoo

This was originally going to have a spawn engine, but I was unable to get good power out of it without it shaking the car around everywhere. Also when I tried a 1 cylinder spring engine the vibration was too big. So I gave it 2 and reduced the strength of the springs.

All info is in the scene. And yes I know it has no brakes at the moment, I'll fix that soon. This is ALMOST a full release, more like a very late-stage beta.
