Fixed boatloads of issues;
- Idles faster. Now it has a lower chance of blowing up when you hit the accelerator.
-Less InertiaMultiplier on flywheel. This allows the engine to increase speed faster.
-Tach added. However it is quite buggy and spins the wrong way occasionally. I know it has no numbers on it, I suck at building tachs. You can make your own if you like

Controls are same as before (I - ignition, S - starter and up - throttle) but I did add engine brake (down arrow).
