Draws an outline around objects that are placed within the large square area. Make sure objects are glued to the background so that they don't float around, and they also should have collision layer A (or 1) set.

The lasers (four of them) scan objects in a linear pattern. Press Alt key to clear the generated outlines.

Play around with this to see what interesting patterns you can make, or if you can figure out any good use for this.

Also take a look at my Circular Outliner scene.

Thanks!

Make the bodies complete invisible - then it is an interesiting tool to make objects visible without manual interaction (per framing or clicking on good luck).
Hi S.A. - Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not planning on making any changes or improvements to this scene. If you would like to build on it and implement the suggestion that you mentioned, then go ahead and make a scene response to it. I'm sure that whatever you come up with will be quite interesting. :)
Hello Xray!:)
Your scene here inspired me to create a new scene with an "real" experiment, that - if it works - would be incredible - also could we "translate" the result and its implication into the 3dimensional space - ergo our real world! I just need a bit help with scripting (the forums tutorial did not answer my question) would you answer me a (very few) questions about that? it would be really nice.:)
the forum doesnt work for me.
SA, Sure, I'd be happy to help you, but I do not consider myself a scripting "expert", and so I may not be able to answer all of your questions.

So how do you want to proceed? Maybe a good way would be to just upload your unfinished scene, and ask questions about it right there on the scene page. Agree?
