Yet another addition to Phun`s many explosives
I was trying to make a alternative water like substance and went a bit off track and came out with an new explosive.
It works by using negative dampening, which when given a knock from another bit of gunpowder "explodes"
So you can adjust how volitile it is by changing the dampening
But the great about it is once it has `exploded` it cannot explode again because negative dampening springs dissapear after they have, well... exploded!

Hope you like it and I wonder if anyone can improve on it
