Okay, first thing you`ll see is four circles. Delete the three you don`t want to use, then select the whole last one and click follow object. Adjust the screen focus and place, hit the spacebar, and you`re off!

up - lighten weight(go up)
down - heighten weight(go down)
right - go right
left - go left

:if you jump, then press up and nothing else, you will keep going up.
:if your blob gets stuck on a spike, just pull it off with the drag tool.
