@ngphil lethalsquirrel didn't build any part of this engine... he just resized mine and made it a scene response. If you want to see the REAL master, go take a look at the actual original scene, that I actually made.

your engine is impressive, but it's too large to be practical in the use of anything. Lethal here has modified and re-coded it to work at a more reasonable and realistic size. as you may or may not know, it is often MUCH HARDER to redesign and modify any complex piece of machinery/engine/gun/whatever than it is to build one from the ground up. I am not at all UNIMPRESSED with your engine, I just find it to be a bit large. and lethal has been building much more practical and useful engines for years.

for how long you have been on, I am very impressed with your work though! just keep practicing

There is no higher compliment than for someone to take their time to modify
your scene
Most of us engine builders try and make realistic sized engines that can be used in a vehicle and it is much more difficult to work at realistic scale

It's true, we all copy things of each other and improve it. If you don't like that, then I guess you should say "DON'T COPY!!!11!!1!". he gave credit, and also think that he solved the only problem your engine had, because you didn't
And sure he did changes in the engine...

But people are giving him credit like he was the actual creator of the idea...

I disagree. In his description of this scene, he was very specific that he modified YOUR scene. But, in any case, it appears that you are rather upset about it, and it apparently does not matter whether he gives you credit or not, you do not like the fact that he modified your scene and uploaded the modified version BEFORE asking your permission if it would be Okay to do so. Therefore, I suggest that you contact lethalsquirrel either through the forum PM (personal message) system, or through these comments, and tell him how you feel about it, and tell him what you want done about it. If you want this scene deleted, and if you cannot get a response from him, then let me know and I will delete this scene. I will also try to contact him to explain why his scene was deleted. We Admins try our best to help keep the peace here on Algobox, and sometimes it becomes a real struggle for us. In most cases, people are understanding and agree with whatever decisions are made.

You can remove the scene. I was trying to help but it seems I've caused more harm than good.

Lethalsquirrel - I only delete scenes that violate the Algodoo Terms of Service (TOS), and also for a few very limited reasons such as when the original author of a scene convinces me that their scene was copied without permission and uploaded as if the person who copied it was the original author. In this particular case, Jimmyfisherman expressed the fact that he was upset about his scene being copied without permission, but he never asked that it be deleted. Therefore, the ball is in your court now. If you feel that it would be best to delete your scene in order to "keep the peace", then that decision is completely on your shoulders. If you want to delete it, but you cannot because you use the Algodoo internal browser, then let me know and I can delete it for you.
