Get the worm through the obstacle course using its 3 different forms!

Controls:
1 = Switch to form 1 (good for smooth surfaces and rolling over small holes)
2 = Switch to form 2 (good for jumping)
3 = Switch to form 3 (good for gear-like surfaces and small size)
Left and Right arrows = Move

WARNING: The transition between forms is quite a bit springy. The worm might go flying in the air during a form change.
