A new spawn engine rotary design. It uses two rotors, shaped like circles with the middle part removed, rotating in two offset circular housings. The spawner parts are colored black. These include the laser and timers, along with the spawner itself. The dark blue rotor spins in the gray housing. The light blue rotor spins in the transparent green housing. Theoretically this can be modified by simply attaching sets of rotors end to end so each housing intersects with another.

Make this power some car or something:D
The practical frequency for spawn engines is 100 Hz or more. you should use the laser timer to delete the balls and use some kind of mechanism to avoid spawning two or more balls at the same time (that's why colliding timers are MUCH better than laser ones)
Colliding timers limit engine speed and add unnecessary load. Also, depending on the type, they might not work at certain speeds. I might actually make a scripted timer for my next engine. Also when multiple balls spawn that is intended. It only does that at low speeds.
