A water pump using a lever expansion design. The fins are levers contacting circles on an eccentrically mounted rotor, which causes the space between them to expand and contract, contributing to the pumping action.

i broke it useing softbodys (sponges)
@CharlesReed What do you mean by "broke it using softbodies"? Did you use them to clog the inlets? Or did you spongify the pump?
Well i put some large spongified circles in the pump and it cloged both of the inlets
Oh Lol. But I would advise against using a vane pump to smash sponges. Use a noob's piston pump for that.

Yes that is what this kind of pump is called. Instead of pistons it uses long flat fins to move the water.
