do you know how to adjust simulation frequency?

Raising the frequency makes the scene more stable (default is 60 hz, 100 hz is stable for most good guns, 200 is great for advanced mechanisms). also, adjusting the densities of high-stress components makes a HUGE difference as well. higher densities make things a bunch more stable
is that like speeding up and slowing down the sim?
