i dunno who the original maker of the car is,
but anyway...

controls:
left and right to drive car
[0] to brake (the car)
right_ctrl to activate car suspension (bit soft)
right_shift to activate inside car rocket engine (like mythbusters episode,
the heavy rocket version)
(right_)enter to activate launchable rocket (the one on top)
up and down to aim launchable rocket

that was it...
