realy weird.:|
Not weird at all. That's how people (and gears) get when they drink too much strong coffee every day.

Okay, jokes aside..... The gears are shaking because they all have the same collision layer, and they are held together with axles. It's kind of like what happens when you try to force two magnetic poles together that are the same polarity (both north or both south) they try very hard to get away from each other. You can stop the shaking by making each gear a different collision layer (make one A, another B, another C, etc). Normally, you would not clump all those gears together in a nonsensical manner as you did. And so that would not happen in most properly designed gear mechanisms.
