as i said in lvl 1, you will gain more cells, well here is another base cell, killing one is game over, and the 50%transparent black only allows drinking cells thrue it, meaning that here, you will have to get ur springs on the edges, makeing things much harder, you also meet a new spring (pleas note that your cell type and spring type may change over the levels) wich is solid, same stats accept its constant is so high, it literly acts as a box connecting the two, makeing this level EVEN HARDER
