It's a good start, but it needs some work. The movement is not quite right. When I press the UP key, Mario will sometimes get stuck in the up position, and he will be laying down. Then sometimes he will spin around or flip wildly while moving. When he falls down a hole, that's the end of the game! There is no scoring, no reset, and no way to win. Games require a LOT of work to make them interesting and playable. I made a few games, like Pacman and Frogger, and each one took me MANY long hours of work to get them right.
