In the box on the right, change the onHitByLaser code to this:

scene.my.angvel < 94.2 ? {
scene.my.angvel = scene.my.angvel + 0.5
} : {
scene.my.angvel = 94.2
}

And in the box on the left, delete the onHitByLaser code. You should never change a variable from two or more different places at the same time because that will cause a conflict.

Also, you can simplify the script in the green box that displays the angvel value by deleting the script in onHitByLaser, and placing the following script in text =

{
"" + scene.my.angvel
}
