2 circles, one big, one very tiny. Tiny circle has inertia multiplier value ∞. The third circle for the shine, which is white is glued to to the tiny circle and does not spin! If I decreased Inertia and made it non-infinite, it would keep spinning for infinite time slowly with velocity damping 0,0,-0.1 as if the sun was changing the angle!
