Overtripled gravity ISN'T tripled gravity, it means the gravity force (the force of pulling things down) is tripled over and over and over again. The latest overtripled gravity force experimented IN REAL LIFE was measured to be around 20.50: That's pretty big. The gravity force in this scene is 900.00, to show what would happen with the force going to 900 m/s2 instead of 9.8.

Big problems would happen: Helium would just FAIL flying, any planes would completely shut down and crash on land in a time faster than 2 seconds! Any falling building would fall over EVEN faster. Overtripled gravity DOESN'T increase people's running speed, instead it would decrease your running speed.
