Okay, even though you didn't ask, I'll tell you what I think is going on. When you made those circles, you gave each one a different "Restitution" value. That's why they bounce at a different height. I don't know why you would give each one a different restitution value without knowing the effect that changing the restitution would have on them. But anyhow, that's the reason why they bounce differently. If you change the restitution of them to all the same value, then they will bounce the same height.
