This is Robert Fulton`s surface to air recovery system (Skyhook)
Its fairly simple to use.
1 Calls the plane in. I takes about 20 seconds maybe to get there.
2 Begins the reel in process. For use once airborne.
3 cuts away the rope, once you are inside the aircraft
4 closes the aircraft door.
