I was experimenting to see if the glitch still worked, and I don't think it is a misplaced hinge because I used the grid, and it still does it. It has to be a problem with the grid or I have no idea...

Can you be a little more descriptive and explain what the glitch is?
Don't you remember in the other scene I made, that the scircles keep spinning my themselves with no external force?
I tested making another design and it still does this. At first we though it was a misplace hinge, but it has to be something with the grid beacuse everything is perfectly symmetrical from my view...
This glitch is more a function of your design than of Algodoo. The design is way over constrained and has multiple singularities. The reason it goes by itself is that that Algodoo modeling at 60 Hz is not as accurate as it is at higher frequencies. Increase sim.frequency and the perpetual motion will go away.
I put the sim.frequency to 1200 Hz and it slowed down to a stop, but then I turned off air friction and gravity and it keeps spinning at about 4 Rad/s.
I get your point though...
