I'm still working on it but at the moment I'm finding a exhaust spawner. Feel free to make any more improvements!;)
If you have any Ideas, just comment!:P
But I don't know how to have suspention at the same time as having a motor on both wheels.:/

Use a swing-arm on each wheel (sort of like what they do on a motorcycle rear wheel).

EDIT: I just realized that you already do have a swing arm on each wheel (I missed them because they were hard to see behind the springs). You should be able to place a powered axle on each wheel and swing arm.

Also, you have too many springs! Only need one per wheel.
