new one, still auto, i poked around the gun and saw the problem, it was the holo that blocks the shells from getting out so it was jamming. Instructions for N00BS:

pull mag in at the bottom of the handle)
pull the rectangle thing at the left side of gun
now just pull and hold the trigger
out of ammo? replace it with a new mag
